LIVECONTEXT is an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) for workstation-integrated learning. Thanks to LIVECONTEXT, software trainings can be reduced and the effectiveness of software applications can be substantially increased.

Context-sensitive help

The EPSS recognises all windows, screen masks and data input fields in an application and provides users with the necessary guidance and support at the exact spot where it is needed. This could be PDF documents, videos, animations, podcasts or e-learning content. The format is of little significance. Rather, it is important that the learning opportunities are tailored to meet requirements, can be called up immediately and are context-specific.

Workstation-integrated learning

The provision of information takes place without media disruptions directly into the application itself. It automatically displays to the software user whether support is available which can be simply called up at the touch of a button.
